Nonnie L. Byrd is a has over 20 years’ experience in the company’s service areas Human Resources, Career Services, IT/HR Project Management, and Business Administration. As a Veteran she helps other Veteran small businesses achieve their goals by understanding their unique needs. Servant Leadership is her core foundation, with a passion to help businesses reach their full potential.
Our History
Our organization was founded on a simple yet powerful observation: small businesses are the backbone of our communities, yet many struggle to survive due to limited access to affordable administrative support. We recognized that while passion and innovation drive many small business owners, the day-to-day demands of operations—such as HR, branding, preparation of business documents and strategic planning—often become overwhelming and costly.
In response to this gap, we launched Redeemed Consultations with the mission to level the playing field for small business owners. Starting with just a handful of clients and a commitment to personalized, budget-friendly service, we built a model that combines professional expertise with a deep understanding of the unique challenges small businesses face.
